The Relaxation Workout

Give your body a good workout and then RELAX. Relax i hear you say. It"s true, Relaxation is just as important as working out and it helps us to control the stress levels within the entire body.

To achieve a good level of relaxation you should let your heart rate lower and your breathing should be slow and controlled. Clear your mind by thinking about something that makes you happy or nothing at all if possible. Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth nice and gently for about 4 mins or longer, You should feel calmer and lot more relaxed by the end of it. Go on give it a go, You won't know how it feels until you try!
