What to Eat Before Training

Breakfast - if you don't you should! Kick start your day the right way and give your body some decent fuel to tackle the day ahead. By having a breakfast you also give your metabolism a real boost, which helps aid weight loss.

I like to have some fruit with a bit of cereal or if you have loads of time eggs on toast is fab.
