Service Description

Awaken and align your posture and stretch and strengthen the entire body. This session will be 1 hr in total. All equipment will be supplied for these classes. Please come to class in exercise clothing, pilates socks and bring a water bottle. If you are new to the studio please complete a health questionnaire before you start your block of classes.
